Medical Spa Consulting Services
As part of our accreditation services, we also offer consulting services to help your medical spa become accredited. These consultants are highly trained and knowledgeable to make the accreditation process easy for you. The process is simple. Once your application and fee has been received, we will send you the inspection/accreditation checklist along with all pertinent manuals needed, including the:
- MSDS Book
- Policy and Procedure Manual
- Protocol Book
- Safety/OSHA Manual
- Patient Information Sample List
Once you receive the information, our office and the assigned consultant are available for questions during the process prior to the inspection/accreditation. He/she will be contacting you to set up a date and time for the inspection and accreditation. The actual inspection typically takes place with in 4 weeks after you receive your information from us. This will allow you time to make any needed corrections. Your assigned consultant will call you to confirm the date and time prior to the inspection day.
On the day of inspection...relax! We are here to help you and to make every effort to "pass" your medical spa facility on the first attempt. If however a re-inspection is required, an additional fee will be charged. Remember, this is a two (2) year certification. We will provide you with any updates as needed and will be available to you during this time.
Part of the certification is a "Quality Assurance (QA) Program." Yearly, the medical spa facility will be asked to send in six (6) random chart audits and any unanticipated Sequellas (problems or injuries). These forms are provided to you by National Aesthetic Accreditation Agency. We will continue to work closely with the Medical Board and Board of Nursing as a liaison to show the quality of the medical spa facility that is accredited by our agency. Our agency will notify your accredited medical spa facility within 2 to 3 months prior to the renewal date. At this point, the same process begins.
